Our Office is located at the Southwest corner of Thomas and Power Road just North of the Loop 202 in Mesa, Arizona.  As the primary care provider for over thousands of patients, we understand that your needs require serious attention.  If you need emergency medical attention, please go to a hospital as soon as possible.  If you would like to make an appointment for primary care, please call 480.422.8533.

Patients Seeking New Primary Care

If you are a new patient to Ferguson Family Medicine, please bring your insurance card and your method of payment. Upon arrival to our office, please see our front desk receptionist, she will give you the appropriate paperwork you need to fill out for primary care. After filling out your information, you will be brought into one of our patient care rooms where our staff will ask you important questions about your health before seeing our primary care physician.
